Aposo 2035 是一座集合生產、包裝、販售、展示、生活與交流的未來蛋糕工房。概念上以柔軟的蛋糕切片為發想，象徵打發製程產生的多孔皮層構成一座現代、時髦、柔軟的呼吸建築。建築皮層在地面打開、如同蛋糕被人們貪吃了一口。建築多孔皮層可隨空間使用產生多變的滲透照明效果，在夜間點亮鶯歌，並成為蛋糕師傅們的永恆亮光(20-35)。

Aposo 2035, a new type of cake factory for future, provides production, packaging, selling, display and living, a place where people can meet and experience. Idea from a simple slice of cake, Aposo 2035 is a modern, chic and soft piece of breathing architecture with porous metal façade, like a sponge cake made by whipped-egg process. The building façade opens in the ground floor to welcome people like the building was bitten by cake lovers. Porous façade by different program uses will light up nightscape of Yingge to become a holy tower for enthusiastic chefs.
