風電被視為下世代的重要能源，而全新規劃的風電生態園區則為製造、組裝、使用與展示做出全面性的整合。如同風車葉片堆疊般的建築量體引入了有趣的立體戶外空間，並形塑較為舒適的廠區微氣候以抵抗冬季強風。

While wind Power is considered one of the most important energy production methods for the next generation, the project will integrate manufacturing, assembling, running and displaying into a whole new planned wind power sustainable campus. Blade-like massing stacks to create interesting outdoor space, and help the micro-climate of campus from fierce wind in the winter.
