本案於已建成的頭城山海鎮心計劃中植入一座虛的龜山島:一張動態的生活明信片，一幅龜首望日的奇景，一座夜之浮島。
The project for a new post office inserts an iconic but rather abstract “Turtle Island” building in a developed administration center area. The facade is then a dynamic changing postcard of life, a pixelized painting of famous “Turtle Looking to the Sunrise,” and a floating island at the night of Toucheng.
