景觀設計上利用水面型太陽能板系統中常見的浮筒、構架與面板在平靜的首都城市機場內港中生出一道人造的倫敦浪。設計目標為滿足能源的環境永續性、工業區的都市更新、水岸空間的公共性，最終形塑一種機場區未來的景觀。
The new landscape develops through manipulating the elements of typical floating solar system, including pontoons, skeletons and solar panels, to form an artificial “London Wave” in the tranquil inner harbor of City Airport. The goal is to envision environmental sustainability of energy, urban renewal of industrial zones, public accessibility of waterfront and finally, a future image of the airport areas.
